This policy explains how Swiftpix LLC ("SwiftPix," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit swift-pix.com, book through our order form at listings.swift-pix.com, or receive messages from us.
When you book or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, brokerage or company, property addresses, and order and payment details. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. When you visit our website, we collect basic usage data through cookies and analytics tools, such as pages viewed and device type.
We use your information to schedule and complete shoots, deliver media, send invoices and service updates, respond to questions, and improve our services. If you opt in, we also use it to send marketing emails and texts.
If you opt in, SwiftPix uses your email address and mobile number to send promotions, discounts, and service updates. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP. We record when and how you opted in, including the date, time, and the consent wording you agreed to, so we can honor your choices.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information with service providers that help us run our business, such as our booking platform, payment processor, email and SMS platforms, and website analytics. They may use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or others.

Our services are for real estate professionals and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
