These terms cover the text messaging program run by Swiftpix LLC ("SwiftPix").
SwiftPix sends recurring automated marketing text messages, including promotions, discounts, and service updates, to customers who opt in.
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our order form or account sign-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. We send texts only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time zone.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further marketing texts. You can also opt out by emailing info@swift-pix.com or calling (305) 922-6989.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
